The temporary nature of events often calls for temporary resource. After learning my craft working for corporate organisers on B2B events such as; Pure, RWM & Bett, I (Charlotte Masters) launched Wrapped Events in 2015 to provide businesses without the internal resource of an Ops team, with operational support for events of all sizes and scales.
With over 10 years of experience in the events industry and a background in creative studies, I differentiate my brand of 'Ops' by taking a holistic approach to any project or event; integrating design and visualisation in to the planning process with customer service (for both internal and external clients) firmly at the heart of all activity.
From venue liaison, floorplan management and exhibitor support, through the feature design and contractor appointment to health & safety planning and onsite delivery.
With significant experience in trade and consumer exhibitions and conferences, Wrapped can help you create an engaging and memorable event that delivers on your business objectives and does so economically and efficiently.
Specialisms include launch strategy and planning and design & visualisation of features and pavilions (using SketchUp & AutoCAD).
